The Vet's psychotic!
sounds like a nursery rhyme, you know what makes "brum Pssss in the head has a rubber ... etc "more or less the title looks like!
But in our language, that is me and Mark when we talk with Lily means" to puncture the vet, "which is all a to say with that coward that we find ourselves at home!
