Lorena Herrera Encuerada 2010

This post is the hardest but also the most due, as due to myself, her and all those who will read it.
My mom is gone, gone Wednesday morning due to a serious lung infection to a succession of strokes occurred two, two, Sabbaths ago.
for two weeks and remained in a coma and beyond to make sure that damage the stroke had we also had to fight against this infection. Unfortunately, he won the infection. These days it
natural that all bring me back to her but I would just like to forget.
you, forget, try not to think about it, I try to pretend that nothing has happened or changed in my life but I flatter myself ... so much so that I'm here now, given up, talking about it.
can go several hours without thinking about it then suddenly something makes you regain consciousness of reality, makes you account for things you never wanted to hear.
ugliest things but also trivial if you like, I'm hearing now is the lack of it, Well I am 27 years and his absence did not feel a long time mind you, but you never know why now I miss as ever.
I realize that I can never hear his voice, not a single moment, I can not kiss her nor caresses, never again. and she would always ask me a kiss, and I, the bitch ever to negarglielo.
hours pay, and the life ...
bye mami, I love you.

After months of enforced absence, and diet (I lost 7 kg and I'm proud) I come back with a recipe for a dish fresh, summery and diet (I have complied with the doses provided by my diet).
We are leaving for vacation in a bike trail along the "path of the Danube" will be 15 days of nature, sports and food .. I hope to return with many beautiful photos.

INVENTED COLD PASTA
(ingredients for two servings)

140 grams of pasta

2 eggplants 2 tomatoes, peppers
twenty
onion of Tropea
100 gr of ricotta
a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese (I use ricotta cheese from Calabria)
a dozen basil leaves, a handful of oregano and a pinch of fennel (but you can use any herbs you prefer summer)
two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil a tablespoon of vinegar

olives and capers to taste 8che that we do not put them on a diet) salt

Cut the eggplant slices and round and make it thick and grill in the oven for 15 minutes (should be cooked but not dry), remove from heat and allow to cool.
In a pan put the chopped onion, tomatoes, peppers cut in listrelle, oil, a bit 'of salt and a bit of water (to prevent the use of little oil to the vegetables to burn).
After a couple of minutes then deglaze with a tablespoon of vinegar.
Cover and simmer the vegetables for 15-20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow to cool (at this point if you want to add the capers and pitted olives).
Add the herbs and grilled eggplant and cut into quarters.
Cook pasta al dente, cool and add it to the mixture of vegetables.
Add the ricotta and Parmesan cheese and serve.

Bon appetit!

Substituting Flour In Bread Machine

Like My Mom!

Latito a while since my poor blogghino, sorry.
But I put a little bit by the love of cooking, not because I do not cook more, let alone, but a good Sagittaria which they can not miss the feature continues search for new hobbies, so I found myself with a party only blog to the kitchen where I did not know more than write .... then I said to myself ... sorry but who forces me to only write about food?!? changes course, now becomes my blog-diary! so much more I can write in general for everything!
left column I have included a link to my Youtube channel, it is because right now my passion has shifted to the make-up and I discovered a new world on You-tube made of so many girls like me who share arming of courage their face to the world (first and not the least!) and their experiences!
Tell us if you want a ride!
soon
