
Ingredients: 8 small pears

a glass of red wine 1 cup water 1 lemon peel
2 cloves
50 g. sugar
Preparation Peel the pears and place them in a casserole, sprinkle with a glass of red wine and a glass of water. Add a lemon peel, cloves, 50 g. sugar and simmer for one hour over medium heat and covered. Serve warm or cold as desired.
