Preparation
Disponerre slices or trout fillets on pieces of parchment paper of suitable size to form individual cones are not too large. Preheat the oven to 150 º. Cut to julienne the vegetables and stir-fry with soy sauce. Place on slices of trout, pepper and close the cones. Bake for 15 minutes and let stand a few minutes before serving. You can serve the fish accompanied by potatoes or other vegetables to steam.
