CABBAGE IN TOMATO BAKED BACON

Ingredients: 1 cabbage, 100 g bacon (smoked bacon) into thin slices, salt.

Clean the cabbage, remove outer leaves and the central core, cut into strips. Wash the strips of cabbage in cold water and drain. Fry for a few minutes the slices of bacon in a wok or large frying pan, then put them on a plate and cut into small pieces. In the same pan brown the strips of cabbage and salt for a few minutes. Mix cabbage and bacon and serve.
