Pregnant With Swollen Glands Under Chin

Zeppole Peancy

Q his is one of those recipes that call the winter warmth, friends and the happy evenings spent in the company. And 'undoubtedly one of the flagships of Giusy, the Zeppole Peancy are a sweet success for sure!

Ingredients:

- 500 gr potatoes

- 500 grams of flour 00

- 2 eggs

- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 20 grams of beer yeast

- milk ¼ cup

- 1 pinch of salt

- 200 g of sugar to bread


Wash the potatoes under running water to remove excess soil. Mettietele in a container with water and cook for about half an hour. Drain and peel them with the aid of a knife. Finally mash with a potato masher and let cool.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with energy to obtain a homogeneous mixture; suddividitelo in smaller loaves and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.


then prepare the donuts by making a hole with your fingers. Fry in hot oil and then bread them in sugar while still hot.
