Bucatini



Ingredients: 500 gr
. bucatini
100 gr.
250 grams of tuna in oil.
fresh mushrooms 1 clove garlic 1 anchovy


1 pinch of oregano 1 tablespoon of butter salt and pepper
oil



Preparation Clean the mushrooms, wipe with a damp cloth and cut into slices, put focus on a pan with oil, the garlic and butter, make it brown and add all the crushed anchovy with a fork, and when the sauce has a nice brown color rqggiunto add the mushrooms and cook over a flame before lascateli lively and then moderate for about 20 minutes, then add the chopped tuna, a pinch of oregano, half a tablespoon of salt and a pinch of pepper, cook another few minutes for allowing my ingredients blend well, then pour the sauce over the prepared bucatini that in the meantime you have cooked al dente and placed in a bowl.
